Temad’s Effective presence in the anti-drug week
Every year, on the occasion of the World Anti-Drug Day, a special slogan is chosen by the United Nations, and following that slogan, necessary actions and activities to deal with drugs and addiction are planned and organized in the coming year. “Addressing the challenges of drugs in the field of health and humanitarian crises” has been selected for the year 2022 (1401).
? On the World Anti-Drug Day, various ceremonies are held in all international communities with the aim of combating drugs and preventing addiction, treating people suffering from addiction and empowering and maintaining recovered people, and in Iran this year, this ceremony is titled “Human Dignity- “International Cooperation – Not to Addiction” will be held with the presence of officials of organizations active in the field of drug control, representatives of United Nations agencies and international communities, and semans active in this field.
? Darupakhsh raw material production company (Temad) as the largest and first producer of narcotic active ingredients in the Middle East, by attending the exhibition of the anti-narcotics week at the central building of the anti-narcotics headquarters, which was opened by the president on July 5. He had an effective presence and introduced the achievements, capabilities, technical knowledge and narcotics and addiction treatment products, and considers the production of quality drugs in the treatment of addiction a social mission.

Another program of Temad company is participation in the conference and specialized exhibition of knowledge-based companies and creative and innovative houses of the anti-narcotics headquarters on July 6, which was held in the Shagaig complex of the respective headquarters. Two panels dealing with supply and demand reduction in the conference section and the presence of a number of creative and innovative houses and universities in the exhibition section were the content of this program.

Temad company buys about 700 tons of narcotics annually from the anti-narcotics headquarters and competent authorities for the production of effective pharmaceutical substances and converts them into morphine, codeine phosphate, noscapine, thebaine and other pharmaceutical derivatives needed by the country; including alternative drugs to quit addiction; buprenorphine tablets 2, 0.4 and 8 mg, methadone tablets 20, 40 and 5 mg, methadone syrup, opium syrup 1%, naltrexone capsules 25 and 50 mg and… which are in accordance with the standards and GMP rules and regulations WHO is produced in the field of pharmaceuticals and is controlled and evaluated according to the latest USP, BP, EP, JP and IP international standards.
