The importance of exports is not hidden from anyone, the history of exports in Iran dates back to the Safavid era. At that time, silk, cloth, etc. were considered as the main export goods. At the present time, and especially this year, when our beloved Islamic country is in a currency crisis and has been deprived of oil revenues due to oppressive and unilateral sanctions, the importance of non-oil exports has doubled.

In order to develop the market, export has been one of the initial strategies of establishing Tamad Company. With the creation of an export unit in recent years (about 4 years), this strategy has become more centralized and has gained an independent position in the administrative chart. Careful product selection is one of the key elements in export success. In principle, countries seek to export items in which they have a competitive advantage and can maintain a competitive advantage. Narcotic raw materials and some non-narcotic items have a competitive advantage. Despite the presence of other competitors, Tamad Company, by adopting alternative and focus strategies, retains its main customers and tries to strengthen its export infrastructure by expanding the export of new products and LV-HV, and by diversifying Export product portfolio to help maintain a competitive advantage.

Timely use of opportunities is another important point that Imam Ali (AS) said: The drug will be of great importance in order to maintain the competitive advantage and survival of the company over other competitors.

We always remember that the lasting success of the company is due to strengthening the spirit of cooperation and creating teamwork. Regarding the recent export success of the menus of the esteemed CEO, Deputy Finance Minister Kamal, we also thank and appreciate, as well as the Tamad family collection (production, business, QA & QC, planning, security and clearance partners, etc.) .

As you can see in the diagram (Figure 1), the general trend of exports in the last three years has been growing steadily, and with the help of hard-working colleagues in the export unit, this year we will see exports of 10 million dollars.

We hope to maintain the process of teamwork, strengthen export infrastructure (digital marketing development, etc.) to maintain the growing trend of the company in the field of exports despite the intensification of sanctions and witness the increasing success of Tamad personnel.
