The manufacturing sites are located in an industrial belt 28 kilometers from the capital Tehran in a land area of about 5 hectares. This area contains production sites of 4,500 square meters, a warehouse area of 5,000 square meters, and an administrative and laboratory area of 2,500 square meters.

Temad factory's facilities include high quality, large production capacity equipment consisting of glass lined and stainless steel reactors (more than 120,000 liters), condensers, centrifuges, filters, pressure filters, agitated nutsch filter, dryers in various capacities (up to 1000kgs), fluid bed dryers, fluid bed coaters, mills and micronizers.

The production site is classified into Dry and Wet Units. The Wet Unit contains synthesis, extraction and separation sections and the Dry Unit contains drying, formulation, granulation, packing and labeling sections. Products are continuously analyzed during and at the end of the process by the Quality Control Laboratory.

The factory is equipped with a Water Waste Treatment System. All liquid production waste is treated according to high environmental standards.

The factory's utility units are equipped with two Steam Tank Units with a capacity of 16000kgs/hour, two Air Compressor Units with a capacity of 500 CFM, two Dioniz Units with a capacity of 2000 liters/day, a 600 AMP Power Unit and a 500 KVA Diesel Generator.
